General


Q: How do I get hold of the keys?
A: You will be met at the airport by one of our drivers and brought to your apartment. Our driver has your keys and an information pack with all kind of handy tips and suggestion that could come in handy during your stay. You will also be given an information pack and our business card with a mobile number you can call in case you need help. The driver will let you in and hand you the keys.

Q: How early can we check in?
A: If the apartment was not rented out to someone else prior to your arrival, you can check in any time. If however the apartment was rented out to someone prior to your arrival, it will be cleaned and ready for check-in by 3.00PM unless otherwise agreed. In any case, please let us know when you will arrive.

Q: How late can we check out?
A: On the day of departure you need to check out by 11.00AM. In case you’re plane is leaving in the evening, you can store your luggage at our office until you depart.

Q: Can I leave my luggage somewhere safe if I can not immediately check into the apartment?
A: Yes. Our driver will pick you up and drive you to our office in the center of Amsterdam where someone will meet you and you can leave your luggage. You need to come back to the office at 3.00PM in order to pick up your keys and luggage.

Q: Do we need to bring our own linens, blankets, or towels?
A: No, all bedding and towels are provided.

Q: How many keys can we be provided?
A: 1 sets for each apartment.

Payment and charges


Q: Are there any extra or "hidden" charges?
A: No. All fees and charges are specified on the order confirmation page and consist of the apartment rate and a booking fee.

Q: When do we need to pay?
A: Your credit card will be charged 25% of the apartment rate + the booking fee upon booking the apartment. The remainding 75% of the apartment rate is due the day you arrive.

Q: Do we need to pay a deposit for possible damages?

Q: Do you accept cash payments?
A: No

Q: Do you have long term discounts?
A: Yes. For most apartments we offer a discount for stays of more then 1 week, more then a month and again for stays of more then 3 months. Discounts go up to 60%.

Q: Where are the apartments located?
A: Have a look here. All the apartments are in the center of Amsterdam and easily reachable by public transport. 90% of our apartments have canal views.

Facilities


Q: Is there any food and drinks in the apartment?
A: We make sure all apartments have tea, coffee, sugar, salt, peper and a can of soup. We however do not stock other foos or drinks. All apartments have fridges and you can either bring stuff when you arrive or go shopping in your local supermarket in your area. All apartments are located close to shops and restaurants.

Q: Do you allow pets?
A: No.

Q: Do you allow smoking?
A: Yes.

Q: Do you allow guest?
A: Of course, but if the stay the night you will have to pay for them.
