SPA AND HEALTH CLUB

SENTO is the newest Amsterdam Spa Health Club and Amsterdam sauna.

Sento offers the most advanced fitness equipment in Amsterdam. Sento also offers a newly designed and awarded Amsterdam sauna. The health club and fitness instructors offer individual fitness programmes. All cardio machine are equipped with a television screen. Obviously the Spa and Health Club is fully air-conditioned and the sauna and showers are continously cleaned. Clients will receive a clean hand towel, bathrobe and a pair of slippers upon arrival at the club. All clients who train before 09.00am during the week, will be offered a healthy breakfast. You can also make use of the 20 meter swimming pool on most days if you train in the morning.

All clients can make unlimited use of the unique Spa facility which includes; sauna, whirlpool, rain showers, cold shower and a superb relaxation area on the roof terrace with a spectacular view over the roof tops of the Jordaan. The roof terrace also offers the possibility to sunbathe and order food and drinks with the internal butler phone. On cold and rainy days, the roof terrace offers the Amsterdam sauna visitors the possibility to cool down. The Spa and Health Club offers Japanese tea and spring water in order to help you keep your hydration at bay during your visit.
